"I would give Pep Boys overall 2/3 stars but Mike at this location deserves 5 stars. He not only has to take care of all the high maintenance customers at the front desk but work on cars himself because there’s just not enough workers. It’s also SO hot in there because the AC is out so customers are extra grumpy. It took 4 hours for them to repair my tire with a nail in it and put it back on my car. And Pep Boys never puts my spare tire back on my car!"
