"Waited about 30+ minutes to get hat fixed. Receipt states I paid at 1:33pm and it’s 2:00pm and we are barely getting any help. Employee came earlier and stated she needed to go to lunch and couldn’t fix our hat. The employee that came after her was rude and had an attitude while fixing our hats, not sure if she’s a manager but seemed to have higher authority than previous employee. Seemed like no one wanted to help us at all. Overall bad experience. Very disappointed. Will not be coming here again… hope customer service is fixed soon."
"We visited this location in preparation for the cook off this past weekend and were impressed with how clean and organized the store was. I cannot recall the woman’s name who assisted my husband in finding a shirt and me a hat, but she was very helpful and sweet. We’ll surely visit again if needed!"

Went to bring my son in for his first cowboy hat and the fitting associate was fantastic and helped him navigate the head sizing that he needed as well as discussed the benefits and uses of straw versus felt materials. Service was so good I ended up getting me another hat as well, I would certainly recommend visiting the wonderful folks here."
"I stopped in for some last minute Christmas shopping for my nephew and this place was packed. Even though it was so busy, I was offered help from employees practically non-stop. They had a lot of nice stuff. Great place."
