"It was a total disappointment. I walked around the store for like 15 minutes and no one offered to help me. This was my first time in a VS and honestly I don’t purchase bras often so I know I looked lost enough for someone to offer me some assistance. I wanted to ask for help, but all of the employees seemed to be busy with stocking up or organizing and it wasn’t like there was a lot of people shopping so they weren’t busy. Two employees were actually stocking up in the same area and chitchatting. I don’t think it’s a lot to ask for but if you see a customer who’s lost it should be your responsibility to ask if “everything is okay” and if it’s not then continue with “ give me one moment and I’ll be right with you”. I already felt super insecure and out of place… and just not being noticed made me feel worse. I only came to VS because I was told by a friend that they do sizing and my bra from Ross has always been so uncomfortable. I decided it’s 2023 and even if I’m a bigger girl my girls deserve to feel comfortable. I’m a firm believer in redemption and second chances so I did drive out to First Colony Mall and go to their VS. Not even TWO minutes into looking lost, an employee saw me and WHILE she was fixing the bras she asked - if everything was okay and if I needed sizing, and continued to assist me from the moment I entered the store to the moment I left. That location definitely went above and beyond and they had a handful of customers. So VS in Town Center it’s 2023 get it together."

"My daughter and I were shopping for Christmas ideas Sun. Everyone was very happy to help and we found great gift ideas! We made another trip the following day Mon. It was a different vibe; we were asked 3-4 times if we had a credit card w/VS and the assumed manager started speaking to us in Spanish when all inquiries were asked in English. This happened several different times and I didn’t appreciate the fact that she assumed we spoke Spanish because I didn’t necessarily understand her dialect! I bought perfume buy two get two free but made it home and I was missing one! I dread going back to make things right because I know I’ll find something else to buy lol! Great store!! They are really trying hard to accommodate/help their customers! Thanks"

"We were having a hard time finding bras for my cousin and her size but thanks to to the wonderful staff we were able to get her size just right! Had to buy an extender due to her being in between sizes. They even helped us pick which one on Amazon!"

"The layout of the store is lovely and my encounter with your sales associate Krystle was AMAZING! She helped me pick out all of my PINK outfits. She was kind and courteous. I will definitely be back. VS thanks for a wonderful shopping experience."
