"Every time I go here they take forever to get my order, like 15 minutes for a glass of tea!?!? Nobody in line and my order for a chicken sandwich I have to go drive and wait for them to bring it out to me?!? But wait, it gets better. Fries come out cold and undercooked and order still didn’t come out correct. I always looked at chic-fil-a as the best fast food chain, food is always super fresh, never waiting even when there are a million customers, and service with a smile. This specific chic-fil-a makes Burger King service look good…guess that is where I’ll go instead when I’m in pearland…. I won’t be coming back here again until I know there has been a change of management and I will be complaining to corporate about this…"

"My favorite chick-fil-a!! They make the perfect milkshake! The only complaint I have is that they could pay a little more attention to the curbside orders coming in because it has taken them well over 10min to get a simple order out."

"Worst dine-in experienve at cfa. Jake Smith @East Pearland would never. Walked in with my wife just before 3pm (not busy) and there was one person in front of us and 3 more behind came in. Stood for at least 3-4 minutes waiting for our orders to be taken which shouldn't have happened given that there were 2 leads and an employee just standing there talking, one of which made eye contact with us several times before finally coming to the register. Worst part of our time there was the dining room which was disgusting. Every trash can was overflowing, tables weren't clean, floors were wet or sticky, and they had no staff member checking on tables for refills, trash, or anything. Mind you the dining room had about 6 tables occupied. When they brought our food they didn't give us any napkins with it, nor did they offer refills or to get us anything else we may have needed. My food was fine except both of our fries were pretty skimpy. My wife's 3ct strips were basically XL nuggets, no bigger than my pinky. And for $5? Definitely sticking with East Pearland from here on."

"Only go to this location cause it’s convenient but it’s the worst location!!! Last time they forgot my dressing to my salad and this time I got a dry burger with just chicken and cheese. I always order the same meal and it always comes with lettuce and tomatoes BUT JUST CHEESE AND CHICKEN?? Ruined my day."
