"No matter what we've done the pan never seems to get very hot (I can literally put my finger on the outside edge of the pan). The store is constantly closed so we've never been able to stop by and have them take a look at what's wrong. Incredibly frustrating. Not sure at this point what all the rave is about with these cookers. Maybe if you enjoy your food steamed at a low temp, this is the cooker for you."

"Super excited about getting one of these grills. I saw one at a friends house. I saw online a great special. Lucky me I have a fire disc store in my city. Drove to it and to be told they could not price match their online price even though it states that the grill is only available online and at its flagship store. I can see why this location has zero customers. I will not buy anything from this company. Good luck firedisc I will let my friends and family to steer clear."

"FireDisc cookers are quite portable, And have a large surface area. That allow you to prepare different portions of a meal. At the same time with the 3 heating zones. I was able to cook the fajita mix. Keep it warm and heat up the tortillas. all at the same time. The cooker is built heavy duty to last a long time."
