"I was hesitant to come back due to rude/bad service, cold/bad/incorrect orders, long waits, not taking morning orders when they were supposed to be open every single order I have ordered from this location. Today was the first great experience I have had here. 9/28/23 @ 9 am, the worker was actually nice and had a smile on her face, the food was delicious and hot, and the wait was extremely short. Hopefully you fired all the old employees and got rid of their toxic culture because this experience was gteat!"
"Ordered a chicken Parmesan salad, only to sit down and open my container to spoiled chicken that smelled awful. I started vomiting because it smelled that bad. You could literally see the white fuzz on the chicken. I called the restaurant only for the phone to be answered rudely with just a hello no Wendy’s greeting at all. When I stated the issue the guy hung up on me and when I called back no one answered. Never again! Worst staff ever!!"
