"First time visiting this location. The decor is like any of the other locations I’ve ever been too. We were seated very quickly as there was no wait. The location has plenty of parking as it is located in a shopping area. Plenty of side parking around the building. The seater was pushing the appetizers has directed to do so I’m sure. They were highlighted at the entrance area. I ordered a mixed drink with a shooter and it didn’t taste like there was any alcohol in it. Very weak indeed. The first basket of rolls was still warm and tasted great as always. I ordered the main course of country fried chicken with cream gravy with a Cesar salad and fresh vegetables. The chicken tasted good and was just a bit over cooked. The flavor was really good. The salad was ok and I got the dressing on the side. The fresh vegetables consisting of some broccoli florets and a few slices of carrots were not fresh and maybe were even frozen and were way overcooked. Maybe just heated up in the microwave. At least they tasted like they were. We did get another basket of rolls and they were great and the cinnamon butter is delicious as always. Very nice and tender and warm. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The manager even made her way around and asked. How things were and stated if we needed anything feel free to contact her and she provided her name which is refreshing as most places never do that. If the food could be slightly improved they could be a five star!"

"We came to celebrate a birthday and had a great time. Our servers Esmerelda & Diego really made our night special and we appreciate the amazing service they gave us. The food and drinks were great as always."

"There hasn’t been a time that we order takeout and have our order be at least close enough to what we order. We are always missing sides or things we pay for or steaks not properly cooked. We don’t usually like to complain but today was enough. We get home and find a few things missing from the order even though they were highlighted on the receipt, we always have large orders so no big deal; however, when we cut into the steak, they were all pretty much rare. I called and asked for a manager to explain the situation and got left on hold for 10 minutes before I decided to drive back with the steak to show them how raw it was since we live literally on the other side of 288. As I was pulling up to the facility, someone picked up the phone and just hung up. Upon arriving, walked up to the to go window and asked for a manager and showed her the steaks, she insisted the steaks were cooked properly and there was nothing wrong. I told her all I wanted was a refund for the steaks but she only refunded one order. We have gone in and ate there maybe twice and experience has been ok but the take out side of their business is horrible, as if they care less about it because not many people will bother to say anything once they are home. "If you add yourself to the wait list you won't have a problem. Put ourselves on the list and bout time we drove there we were seated. They were really packed, the music was louder Then the patriots. The waiter was attentive, and checked on us with glasses refilled. The food was hot, my kid absolutely loved the kid meal steak bits, but for a 6yo growing boy it was too small a portion. We had to give him some of our food. Next time I'll probably get him the 6oz real meal. The rolls were great, the spread never disappoint. My sirloin came med rare as ordered and had a nice charboil taste. The green beans was seasoned toperfection, i even dipped my broccoli in it. My son complained about theT-bone, it was more rare than med rare and he didn't eat it. The porter steak was tender . I would definitely return"

"Great prime rib. Had a good meal with great service. Singing the birthday song was extremely loud at the table next to us. My watch said I was in a 110 decimal environment, wow!"
