"EDIT: THIS PAST FRIDAY MY MOM AND I DINED HERE AND I LOVE YOUR SALADS, BUT WE NEVER GOT OUR SALAD THAT WAS PAID FOR WITH THE LUNCH SPECIAL.... I realized it when she brought the burger out and never asked what dressing we wanted on the salad, i thought maybe the asparagus was subbed but she also charged extra for asparagus. The previous two visits I had were great but I had to change it from five to two because the service was lacking and she never came by to check on us or the food. It all depends on which server you get I'd like at least a gift card to make up for this. Previous two visits below..... This was my 2nd time dining at this location and both times excellent service and food. You do get what you pay for. The house salad could have been better but I'll let it slide. Prices reflect quality and are fair, not overpriced at all. I treated myself to a comfort food meal after a long, hard and painful day. The servers go above and beyond to make you happy, they don't nickel and dime you for a bit of extra salad dressing like other locations do. Russo's pizza im looking at you! I will return since this location is near my local HEB. THE ASPARAGUS was delicious and steamed perfectly! The leftovers were great today for lunch!"

"The steak my date ordered looked amazing, so I was shocked by my first bitter bite of char. I scraped the thick, black corner off to try it again. Again, I was taken aback, this time by the stringy consistency. Apparently I was eating something that wasn't meat because, after attempting to chew it for a while, I gave up, took it out of my mouth, and set it on the bread plate. Now, on to my own food. The baked potato was cold: not warm, definitely not hot. It seemed like it was the first thing ready, so they set it on the plate and then commenced to cooking the other food. I was disappointed, but I wasn't going to make a big deal out of it. So I move on to this amazing looking chopped steak. I knew I was in trouble when I cut into the corner, and it was pink. I know I ordered medium well, but this is screaming rare. Ok, maybe I'm tripping: they know more about meat than I do. The next bite: still pink but OK. The next bite was completely red on the inside. Ok. I'm done. Never again. The mushrooms on top were good, so I packed up the plate with the intention of completing the cooking process when I got hungry again, but the thought of that red meat killed that idea."

"What was supposed to be a pleasant birthday evening turned out to be a poor dining experience. The ambience was great and the service was alright, but the food is below par and not expected from what's touted as a popular steakhouse. Food - Very salty. This wasn't just one dish; most of them. When we asked the waitress about it, she told us that she had once asked the manager about it and the response was that it's the seasoning used. There's a difference between seasoning and over-salting. She told us that she would bring the manager over so that we could talk, but the manager never ended up coming by. Service - Our waitress' service was good. As the evening progressed, it was apparent that she was either inundated with too many tables to look after or just being indifferent. Drinks (water, mind it) were never refilled. Ambience - probably the only thing about the evening that I found good. At least the setting was nice. I'm not one to gripe about food, but when it doesn't taste good, it just needs to be said so. I shared this with friends and their experience has been similar with other Longhorn steakhouse locations. I don't think I would want to come back to this chain again."
