"Our family has been using 5 Star A/C Filter as our AC service for over 10 years now. The company is consistently excellent in every way. Customer service is spectacular - they get back to you right away. The techs are great - they are polite, clean (wear the shoe cover booties), and get the job done quickly and correctly. The owner, Sabry, is very involved in his company. He truly wants to make sure that everything is working well, and that you are cool and happy in your air-conditioned home. They are always very quick to get to your house when you have an issue. For example, this past Sunday night, I sent an email that something was wrong with AC, and they had a technician at my house at 10 am the next morning. I recommend this company to everyone I know who has an AC because you can't live without good working AC in the Houston area. I should also mention that through the yearly maintenance program, our AC units lasted over 14 years. I think the prices are fair and reasonable, and cheaper than when I quote with other companies, but, tbh, I even if I found a cheaper AC company, I wouldn't switch because 5 Star A/C Filter is worth every penny.
