"I really need to address something that happens to only me it seems. Why is that I always come and get my food and the guy with glasses, Talks extremely fast and makes sure that I can't get a word in. Then on top of that screws up the food . Chicken was completely cold. Wrong sides. And didn't bother to put in sauce on top of that. Y'all need to be more careful because I have a stomach condition that cold chicken could cause me to get extremely sick. I think management needs to take him off this role completely and find someone who can actually take the order and or make sure food quality is at top of the standard at all time. I will be talk to management in the morning about the guy with the glasses. Sincerely completely disgusted."
"Fairly rude customer service, but I would deal with that if my food came correct. Ordered 2 meals, and both were completely wrong. 2 missing sides on 2 meals, got regular sandwich instead of spicy, no dipping Sauces with tenders. This place struggles to complete basic tasks. Go somewhere else where they care about getting your order right..."
"All the employees were loud, with no respect for each other cussing at one another very disrespectful. The manager seemed to not care because he was one of the main ones cussing in Spanish it was like four guys and one girl all employees. It was my wife and 5-year-old son, and I and some more couples dining in as well. The chicken was dry and over cooked over all the food was bad and atmosphere sucks I will never go back to this location."
"Naw. Not for me. Even though I was served relatively quick, my food was Luke warm and rubbery. I ate a chicken wing, which was good, but the minute I peeked back the meat on the breast and chewed it, it was like chewing a piece of bland rubber. Other pics are of the bathroom hallway that was molded in every corner. Drink was watered down. Biscuit was warm but tasted better than chicken. I'm not recommending or returning. I was only visiting Pearland and stopped here because the Puddery was closed."
"Fast food is always unfair to rate. It’s hit or miss. Went on a Tuesday. It was hard to place our order. Once we made the order it was incorrect. The cashier corrected it. The food was ok. The inside is clean and there is plenty of seating. It is rated a B by the health dept. Others seemed to enjoyed it. The place wasn’t too busy on the inside, but the drive thru was crazy."
