I mean, they were rude and slow and not helpful whatsoever. I think they need to rethink who they're hiring or how they're training them! The sandwich was good though. I'll say that."
"Would not honor coupon. The employee stated the QR Code reader doesn't always work. She said her manager would not allow her to manually honor a coupon. Told me to go to the Subway down the road. Bizarre and huge waste of time. Strict rules equals poor customer service. I will not be back and would not recommend."
