"At 10:00 am this place was empty. We had our order in less than 5 minutes. Croissant's were fresh and soft and we loved the crispy tattertots!"
"I ordered through the app at 11:30pm. It was 11:40pm when I came to pickup my order. The drive thru closes at 12am. The speaker was off. I had to knock on the window 2 times to get someone at the window. The lady at the drive thru said, "We're closed. " I told her it's 11:45am and I have a mobile order. Your drive thru hours say you close at 12am. She said she'll see if she can make it. She came back 5 minutes later and gave me the food. She was not rude to me directly, but you can tell she was upset. I drove off at 11:59pm. My point is, update your hours so your employees won't get upset when someone comes in during business hours. I'm not sure if I'll be back to this location."
"I pulled up and told them I would like everything cook to order, they said it would take 10 minutes. I said take as much time as needed. 10 minutes later they brought me a cold burger that wasn’t cook to order nor fresh. I won’t use them again. Their dedication to 100 percent satisfaction is just not there !! They just want your money. 12.00 wasted!!! I will only frequent those burger joints that cook to order"
"This is the third time they didn’t put all my order in my bags. Terrible management and workers reflect that . Charge me and now my kids don’t have food to eat. Too far for me to drive back and complain. Burger King sucks !!! Rip off !!!"
