"Husband went to pick up take out order, waiting for over 20 minutes. Decides to go inside and ask for the order and they tell him their waiting for the salad to be made. I call multiple times to check on the order while he is there and they pick up dont answer and hang up on me three times. Spent almost 40 minutes waiting for a curbside order to be taken out at the time they stated the food would be ready. Not a good experience."

"I came here with my son to get a dessert and stood at the front of the restaurant at the hostess station for almost 10 minutes before being acknowledged by anyone. Every waiter and waitress walked by us and even looked me in my face, but did not stop to say hello, welcome to Chili’s, have you been helped, or we will be with you in just a moment. Two of them even stood feet away holding a full conversation and still nothing. A family that walked in after us stood there for a while and experienced the same thing. They turned right around and left. I would’ve done the same if I had not already promised my child their molten cake. When the hostess finally showed up, I said this to her and she looked at me dumbfounded. Not even an apology and I’ll help you. She said with sarcasm, “So, do you want to speak to a manager or do you want to be seated?” I told her that yes I wanted to speak to a manager and that I indeed wanted to be seated with my son. The manager came and apologized for us not being acknowledged. She mentioned they were in the middle of shift change, but that wasn’t an excuse to not have been acknowledged. However, I feel each person working here should know to acknowledge customers when they walk through the door whether they are a host or not. We sit, order a molten cake and they bring it to the table cold. We’ve had this dessert many times and it’s supposed to be warm. This establishment has poor poor service. The manager had to apologize again and then make bring the dessert to us herself."

"The food is in better quantities if you dine in instead of getting delivery. The food was okay, but I would never order the 6 oz sirloin again. I literally thought it was round steak due to the cut. It was pathetic."

"Steak was good , service was slow and poor . Food presentation was not the best especially that guacamole side . The red sauce had split all over and everything was mixed up . I loved my steak though. The service was slow because they might have been understaffed. I hope they get this solved because this location is so busy ."
