"This place is horrible! I’ve tried multiple times to let them fix my order but they still fail tremendously! New team in there and thought it would bring better results, but no!! If anything it’s worse than before. It’s a total waste of money, I will not return again! So bad I went on here to edit my review from 3 stars previously to now 1 star!"
"This location is the thee worst location I've been ever been to. They have messed up my order on 3 occasions and are incompetent. I literally kick myself each time I drive back home after not thoroughly going through my bag. I usually skim through it which is MY fault. They will not catch me a fourth time because I'm never going back."
"I placed a pick up order because that way, near where I leave, it's faster, the person who picked it up for me had to wait 30 minutes, being as it took them 15 minutes to get to the store, getting there the person was asked if they wanted to wait for the baked potatoes to be done or substitute it for something else, they waited for the person to get there to ask. Besides that I ordered a baconator fries and they did not put bacon in it. Tried calling them and nobody answered, being as we don't live in Manvel it's too much a hustle to go back there. Worst service ever. Never ordering there again. And now that the order got here they also didn't add the extra I paid for in my baked potatoes either. Straight up getting my money for free, no bacon on my baconator fries and no extra cheese sauce on my baked potatoes."
"Update: much improved. The folks working here are trying really hard however, they are understaffed. The last few times I went at 8pm on a weekday there were only two people working. And they were running hard. Very nice employees too."
"This location is always efficient and the food has always been hot. I’ve never gone inside so I can’t speak on the atmosphere or cleanliness but it does look less then 5 years old based on the exterior."
