Sonic Drive-In

"Would give you zero stars if possible. You have a name and number to call on the slot video screen it’s not working. Order ahead on the app. Get to location check in. Name is on the board. Waited 10 minutes hit red button they had no order for us. Will be right out. Never came out. Re called 2 times they finally came out with no a coke drink not sure what it was or what was in it. This place is horrible won’t be back. Already we do not order food at so nice due to very poor quality and enormous amount of time required."

"The food was awful. Tots were fried in old stinky oil. Burger buns were stale. Lettuce was wilted. The 2 napkins that we were given were soaked with grease. Did not get straws for our drinks. Never going back."

"This location used to be amazing! The last few times I went my order was messed up horrendously. At one point my husband was pulled in a stall and was brought the food 3 different times as the order was messed up numerous times. He spent a total of 40 minutes due to their mess ups. The second time it was brought out the car hop told him our order was going to be refunded and on them for the inconvenience. As the food was brought out to us for the third time by a different car hop he asked her about the refund and she giggled and said “no sir, nobody here would say that!” He of course told her her whom told him that and was then given two free slushee chips and the correct food and proceeded with our food furious and decided to never go again! Today my kids were begging me for a corn dog whacky pack from sonic and as much as I didn’t want to spend my money at this location I went to make them happy since we live right down the road, I truly wish I could’ve put a good review and turned an awful experience into a good one but we got another awful experience I didn’t want to go to another place to order food so I ordered the breakfast burrito with tots and I promise I have never seen such a small amount of egg on a breakfast burrito and I ordered 4 of these for the whole family and all of them looked like the picture I’ve uploaded here. Since my last ordeal was not handled to well by the actual location I will be reaching out to corporate since it is inevitable that my children from time to time will want sonic and I will now have to make a 30 minute drive to avoid this location as they are ripping people off by not measuring the food properly, not handling the food properly as no one was wearing gloves when prepping the food. The customer service is absolutely not like it used to be, they are rude and treat customers with complete disrespect!"

"Don’t eyeball my burnt (Cajun) coney dog… this one’s MINE!!! But you can get your own once it slips past quality control at the Manvel Sonic location. And don’t worry about the tots being too hot, these were cool to the touch! I said I’d like a large coke… and received a medium, but that’s just a cute lil game we play ;) The line had 5 trucks backed up… maybe it was just bad timing for me… the Team Leader looked like he was sending good direction… what food comes off the food line is what it is… good luck! I’ll post 5 star good food pic’s hopefully next time I go :)"

"Ordered 2 large chili cheese fries for my family to share. Guy brought out 2 tat or tots with chili and cheese. When we told him that's not what we ordered, he insisted that we take the tots because otherwise he would have to make it all over again. He even told us if we didn't take the tots, we would have to wait for them to be cooked. We asked him why we should take food that we didn't order. He got very agitated and kept telling us to just take what he brought. When we told him we were ok with waiting and to please bring what we ordered, left with the tots. A lite bit later he came out with the Fries and a death stare if I had ever seen one. I accepted the chili cheese fries and thanked him for the order, he didn't even acknowledge me and pretended like I was not there and walked off. Only giving this place 2 stars because he DID manage to walk the food out to our vehicle. This place is known for bad service and is complained about repeatedly on local social media. We will make it a point to drive further away to a better location when ordering from Sonic."
