"This morning I placed a mobile order at the Manvel Tx. Got the notification say it was ready on my way to pickup. They told me some one already pick my order already. All they told me is nothing they can do about it. The customer service was awful even the manager they didn’t want to help me so I call corporate on them."

"Luis at the register was kind and patient with our order. We got to briefly speak to some of the ladies that work the back/drive through. They we so friendly. It was a great atmosphere. Our food was delicious. The tacos/food actually had meat/cheese was decently full. Very happy. Great establishment to eat at."

"This was my 3rd time visiting this location and for the life of me I don't know why I kept returning, but this was the last and final straw. Every time I visit this location my order is always incorrect and the employees including the manager who refused to provide her name in order to file a complaint with corporate. She's very argumentative and the language barrier is even worse. I can safely say that unless you want to be made angry or want the wrong order this is the place to go because they will disappoint every single time. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!!!!!!! These are the rudest most incompetent people I have ever seen in my life. Ohhhhhh and let me add after being given the wrong order the manager never tried to right her wrong doings and I requested a refund she told me contact my bank and hung the phone up in my face!!!!! This entire staff needs to be laid off and start from scratch!!!!"
