"I live 45 minutes from this place and was excited to get take out (drive through) while I was in the area. I ordered a BBQ Turkey sandwich and got no bbq.I also told them “with everything” and nothing was added. It’s pretty upsetting since I just can’t go return in and I’m also sooo hungry. I tried calling the restaurant and a machine answered saying they were not available during business hours. I would like a refund."
"Very disappointed in the brisket. We got the 2 meat plate and couldn't believe what they served us for almost $20. The sides were good. Burgers and salads were also good."
"This restaurant is top-notched. The servers were great, the cashier was nice, the building is clean, and I he food is great. I’m bringing my wife back for a date soon. I will update you then. Please come visit them, you want be disappointed. The only bad thing is there’s only one restroom, which I had to wait on for about 15 minutes. One of the workers was using it. Overall, great place. I will be back."
"Discovered Big Horn BBQ quite by accident. I missed a turn and went a couple of blocks too far. Since I drive a BigHorn RAM I decided to give them a try. Brisket dinner was excellent and enough food for two meals. I will come back next time I am in town and eat in."
"Didn't have anyone at the fudge, candy, bakery counter up front from where you wait in line to place your food order, so disappointed I wasn't able to buy some easily to take home with me. Other than that, food was great and decor was good. Loved the 2 fireplaces."
