"I ordered a chicken sandwich combo on 2/29. I noticed my bun was burnt but I let it go, halfway through my sandwich I could not bite it anymore, it was rubbery. I called and told them, they offered to remake it. I told them to make me wings instead because this is the second time I’ve ordered a chicken sandwich and it was rubbery. They were very nice about it. A few hours later I noticed my stomach was upset, turns out I have food poisoning."

"Literally the worse wing stop in the area….received fries soaked and covered in grease, cashier responded “there is nothing we can do about it.” I’ve tried to give them another chance, but the poor quality seems to be consistent. The manager Angel could work on her customer service as well as it has been consistently been poor…."

"I took my 50 plus year veteran grandma to get some food and hang out while she is still her. When we got in no one welcomed us or asked what we wanted to order. ANGEL took my order and she was overly rude and had a disgusting attitude. She kept cutting me off when I was ordering and threw my items in the bag.Also the smell was diabolical. I was going to dine in and sit with my grandmother and enjoy our last days together but the atmosphere was so unwelcoming. I told her I would be reporting her and she told me to roll my grandmother out before she cut her arms off next.She still wanted a taste for wings so I had to take her to Buffalo Wild Wings. Mwah, No Job."

"I went to wing stop the other day and The girl at the counter named ANGEL is rude. Her demeanor was terrible. She acts like she never wants to be there. She has a terrible attitude, she doesn’t smile. So when I walk in, she’s not welcoming to the customers. She’s always cutting people off while they’re talking and it’s rude. This is the second time I have had a problem with her. I know for a fact that I am not the only one that has had an issue with her because I’ve witnessed her being rude to other customers as they’re talking. And the STINCH that is by the drink machine was sickening. The smell was so undefined, that I couldn’t finish filling up my beverage. This is my SECOND time interacting with this girl and it’s not welcoming to any of the customers. I wanted to dine in and eat in the inside but her traumatizing attitude made me want to take it out. I was so upset, I had to eat in my car."
