"The workers act like they can’t speak English! They’ve even stated that. Even when you walk into the building in person, then just stare at you and walk to the back like they don’t see you. Everything is done with an attitude. The male workers are more kind. It’s a shame how customer service here isn’t a must. Majority of the staff are young and will laugh in your face literally. I hope they do better!!"
"Went here to hang out with my family. The food is good. But the service honestly sucks. I work in a fast food restaurant and this kinds of attitudes are not going to make Jake in The Box a good place to eat. They need to step there game up."
"WORST JACK-IN-THE-BOX I'VE EVER BEEN TO THEY WILL F YOUR ORDER UP Used Uber eats to get some food and they screwed up my order and didn't give me my Mini Churros but a freaking chocolate cake which I did not want any chocolate. I ordered a chocolate shake with extra cherries and stuff did not get it it is clearly on the receipt as well. And the burger was so so poorly thrown together that I probably will never order from here again and I'm going to suggest to everyone else that they do the same. French fries were cold and unsalted and nobody wants to answer the phone. Worst Jack in the Box ever"
