"Just walked out of the store , had a basket full of items , left it in the aisle . I need a key cut and No-one to help . I asked these two guys if someone can help . They informed me that they were from lumber department and pointed to the individual for me to approach. Not even a " hey let me get em ... so I stood by the individual, who was too busy in a conversation with someone who appeared to know. I stood there for a few minutes and waited. He even glanced my way along with the individual who he was talking to and nothing. So I walked out as angry as can be and informed the cashier what happened and informed her that I will be taking my business to home depot. Lost a customer for life.... booo !!!"

"Husband ordered a mower on Nov 20 and since then the mower that was over 4K has been rescheduled to be delivered multiple times since since they can’t get a hold of John Deere to put the mower together. You would think Lowe’s and John Deere would be able to communicate a little better. The customer service representatives keep saying oh sorry we tried calling they won’t answer. When we ask to talk to management to make them aware the response from customer service was they are just going to tell you the same thing and to just cancel because more than likely it will get pushed again without giving us a real solution. In hopes this doesn’t happen to anyone in the future we are doing our best to make corporate aware of the communication issue and lack of customer service. Finally got hold of a manager and they were very friendly and told us they would be calling us back yesterday to give us more information on whether there was another mower already put together they could possibly send out to us but of course no phone call recieved . The person yesterday was more helpful and we are hoping they will get back to us and get the mower to us sooner than later . My husband and I are both credit card members for Lowe’s and spend so much money each year so it’s so disappointing this has not been able to be resolved."

"I love the customer service and professionalism of the staff at this location. Lowes, in general, makes using the military discount much easier than Home Depot, and the prices are good. The store is clean, the return process/refunds are easy and usually don't take too long depending on how busy they are."

"The person that helped us out was Toby in flooring and we will continue going back to this store because of him. Not only was he knowledgeable but he was patient and tried giving us the best deals that the store was offering. He did his best to make us feel comfortable. He is such an amazing worker and very professional! Lowe’s keep hiring guys like him!"
