"picked up six 1 gal. cans of paint in Schertz, Tx. got home to West Texas. 3 cans dented badly. one had a hole in it and leaking paint. why didn't I notice it before I left the store? they put the paint in cardboard boxes. with the one that had a hole on the bottom. good thing I unloaded this very expensive paint before the one can dried and the other completely leaked out."

"Very helpful staff! Due to the winter storms, there is a shortage of supplies to make paint, but the staff went above and beyond so I can paint on time! I called wanting to order 5 gallons of paint which this locations did not have, but they contacted neighboring stores and found a nearby location that had what we needed. I really appreciate them doing the problem solving for us during a time that is probably stressful for them."

Jarrod took special care to not just double check but triple check the color before I walked out, and sure enough it’s a perfect match. Saves me a ton of work and money to not buy extra gallons to repaint several rooms. That’s the kind of service that I wish everyone had. Thanks again guys!"

"As always, this is the best Sherwin Williams store in town. I needed paint for my kitchen cabinets and brought in a sample to see if they could match the color. Stephen looked at the color that I had and mixed the paint and matched my sample perfectly. He is always so friendly and courteous. I love coming here even though it is a little out of my way. This is by far the best customer oriented store in the San Antonio, Universal City, and Schertz areas."
