"I'm pretty disappointed with my food, the flautas are hard, my tortilla on my tacos are burnt but the most disappointing part was that the lady upfront was taking orders, preparing the food and tortillas while the other two employees were standing behind her not doing anything. Food would have probably been better had they all been working together. I wish I would have asked that ladies name because she was very nice and great at upselling."
"I have traveled south Texas for over a dozen years and every lent season I look forward to the shrimp tacos. I must say this is the smallest tortilla I have ever seen in the hundreds of Laredo Taco places. I mean if the tacos have gone up to almost 5.00 each, make the portion at least consistently..."
"I wouldn't suggest eating the food at the Laredo taco factory. I ordered the 10$ barbacoa family deal. 35 min later I recieve my order halfway complete...... Pics added of the corn tortillas old, dry and cracked like the month old corn tortillas in my fridge and of the guacamole all turned black! I mean check out the whole slice all ugly already.... I got charged for condiments that they didn't have. (queso fresco and crema cilantro) When I tried getting a refund they had me wait in back of the long line again. This place has major issues with poor quality food and customer service. Manager acted like she didn't even care. So much more to post but im not going to bother, its become a novel already."
"I grew up with eating tacos from the Laredo taco company in Laredo and Zapata and was highly disappointed on the portion given inside the taco. Back home they pack it leaving customers satisfied. This looks more like a portion size of a taco cabana taco."
