I had come in to get strapless bra because mine broke and needed it for a wedding the next day and they hadn't gotten their shipment in yet she immediately offered to call the location in highlands for me and had them place a bra on hold for me!! "Small store not much inventory. I was asked twice if I was doing OK, while another customer was followed around and assisted with every choice of clothing even in the dressing room. The sales person took clothes in dressing room told the customer if it looked good, went and got other sizes and styles while I had no assurance. I won't go back"
"I had the BEST experience at Lane Bryant in Mansfield!! Pam was an amazing stylist who found just the right clothing, accessories and undergarments for me. It was like she knew exactly what I was looking for and completely understood that I wanted to look cute, but I also needed to be comfortable. Margie, was an excellent manager, and was cool, calm and collected even though the internet was down (had been down for at least 4 hours) and we were having some trouble with the transaction. She was able to get me rung up and out the door so I could pick up my daughters from school. The ladies in the Mansfield store are truly gifted in customer service and fashion!"
"We came in 10 minutes to closing and the managers (Pam & another) were both so kind and helpful to me and my daughter after a long day. And even though we were there after closing, Pam helped us find what we needed and even placed an online order for us. You don't often see this kind of customer service anymore...kudos to you Lane Bryant for finding such friendly staff! I will definitely be back."
