"Order bbq chicken to go. Asked for pickles and onions with it. Got home. No pickles. No onions. Chicken is old and dried out. Peeled the skin off like it was leather! What the heck!"

"Once I placed my order I pulled to the window. The young lady was very nice. After about 3 minutes she said I had to wait for my Macaroni and cheese. I asked would it take long she said no, 1 minute. I pulled to the front and waited 5 minutes. The food comes out and I look in my bag, the bread is wrapped in 2 napkins. I have no cutlery, the coleslaw is old and dry and taste like vinegar. I spent $41.19 on 2 plates that I can't eat. Unfortunately the place closed by the time I got to my destination. I have NEVER experienced this from Bill Miller's....I tried to finish my plate but the sausage was sooooo tough. That's my favorite part of the meal. That's why I ordered a extra one. This is insane."
