"BBQ Adventures #2: We came across this hidden gem when accidentally took a wrong turn. Rock Quarry Bar B Que was 1 of the 3 trucks we saw parked in front of this Market. Believe me when I say I have NOT came across a giant potato since El Paso TX(The Rib Hut). This potato weighed 3lbs after loading it with delicious pulled pork and brisket. Absolutely Delicious. Potato fed 2 of us. We will definitely be coming back for more!"
