"This location isn’t giving the best quality food it used to. The time before I went this time, the burger was extremely greasy and way over salted, I got through 1/4 of it and gave up. The fries weren’t cooked all the way through. This time I ordered a couple bacon, egg and cheese burritos. I’m not sure if they are u see new management but their burritos have changed for the worse. The eggs have a grey tinge to them, the bacon isn’t crispy like it used to be, and the portion size has gotten much smaller. The prices remain the same though. I come here maybe once a month, I usually order burritos, at any time of the day morning or afternoon, this is a consistent change or the course of the last 6 month. Service is great, I gave it a low rating because every menu speaker cuts out and has static, making it difficult to order, I’m sure it’s probably frustrating for your employees as well."

"Always hot and fresh EVERYTIME we go here!! Friendly, don't rush you when ordering and ALWAYS ask if interested in their new items. Wished y'all were here in the Killeen area!! They could use your training and dedication!!!!"

"I ordered a hamburger with no cheese, onion rings and a large vanilla milkshake. When I got home they had given me a burger with nothing but meat and cheese. The onion rings were bury and tasted terrible. So I was just going to have my milk share and it was so thin it was like milk. Her excuse was they just changed product. I’m sure their cost was half"

"I’m a regular here, 9 times out of 10 I have a great experience, a few members of the staff here even make sure to run a treat out for my dog which is above and beyond customer service in my opinion. I always place my order on the app so I know everything is correct! Today, the app wasn’t working and whoever took my order placed it as medium drinks instead of large. When the runner brought our order out, instead of correcting the staff’s mistakes and bringing us the size we’d ordered for no extra charge, she charged us for the difference (even after we’d already tipped) and didn’t offer a receipt. As someone who also works in food service, the interaction just rubbed me the wrong way and felt like a weird company policy. At the coffee shop I work at, if we take an order and charge a customer for the wrong size, we’d remake the drink as the correct size for no charge. The customer’s always right, it was our fault that the order was placed incorrectly. It’s a shame that Sonic doesn’t share this policy…"
