"One of the best dishes I’ve ever had was the bolognese here! Went here for my birthday and had a phenomenal time and experience. Food tasted extremely fresh and homemade. My friend and I tried the truffle fries which were unlike anything we’d ever had and were quite amazing. I went with the bolognese, which did absolutely not disappoint and my friend got the lobster ravioli which was rich in flavor! Both meals were very filling and we had plenty of leftovers, however we still ended up getting a tiramisu which was the cherry on top of the cake. Staff was great and food was exquisite. Would love to come back again."
"Our server was great, however it seems the cooks were not very enthusiastic. My husband’s steak was slightly undercooked, the fries were soggy, and the spinach was not seasoned enough. Which would have been forgivable if one of the cooks wasn’t on his phone in front of the dining room (it’s an open kitchen) for the majority of our meal. I did quite enjoy my bolognese however! The atmosphere was very nice and clean, but we did hear what we assumed to be children running upstairs in the hotel (not the restaurants fault though to be fair)"
"Lovely experience. Cavolfiore dish was my favorite. The bolognese was bland. The other dishes were great. Beautiful inside. Hunter was very kind and friendly. Will definitely come back and try a different dish in future!"
"5 star ++. Food was excellent esp the fresh truffle pasta , cod perfectly cooked. Service was very pleasant and professional. Short walk from the river walk in the Fairmount Hotel. Nice ambience, only negative-they need better ventilation for the kitchen as heavy cooking odor when you walk in."
"Wow! Me and my husband celebrated our anniversary there. We got free champagne. The food was amazing and the service! I would say it is the best food I have eaten here in San Antonio. The chef knows how to work with flavors. The rooftop bar is also sooo beautiful!"
