"This is the third time I've had trouble at this location. I spent waiting 25 minutes for my order because the biscuits had run out,and they told me to wait. Then, when it was ready they gave me double coleslaw for some reason and no biscuit. So I waited for nothing. Another time, the employees were arguing behind the counter about who is supposed to be doing what. So we waited for that to get settled. One employee was eating next to the food prep area with her hands. It seems no management is present after six, so beware."
"This the worst experience I have ever had. They served us chicken with bar grease and my entire family got sick. The manager is rude and a liar. The assistant manager Austin was nice but it was to late. The are making it difficult to get my money back.. Mortified! We have been eating KFC for 30;years . This has never happened"

"I placed an order through the website and was still waiting in the dining room for 35 minutes after my order was listed as ready. I had to ask 3 times about my order to find out the reason for the delay was due to employees not advising me that they didn't have batter for the tenders. I had to select a different item, I chose a sandwich which I was told they didn't have mayonnaise for. I told the employees I don't need mayonnaise and I would take anything at this point. I was responded to with a disgusted face and a comment of eww no mayonnaise. The lack of professionalism and communication skills will make sure that I never go back and turn away anyone I know from dining at this establishment."
"Horrible experience. Shame on the workers especially the manager. No leadership or ownership. Can't take a drive thru order correctly, had us wait for over 40 minutes for an incorrect order, no apology or nothing, not even acknowledging that we waited for 40 minutes. Manage said food was just sitting there on the counter. How long....who knows. Biscuits were tough, sides were cold, fried chicken skin was soggy, and they still messed up the order! This location does not care for customer service or customer satisfaction."
