"I just experienced the worst customer service at this location. Dealing with Alicia, Lucero and a male at the time of 12 o'clock PM. They had a line of 8 or 9 people scattered everywhere no order. I try to return an item and was told they have no cash. At least put a sign up to make people aware you shouldn't have to wait in a long line to be told by a black male with a green shirt you can go somewhere else i dont know. Ridiculous they need to be re trained on customer service and how to interact with O'Reilly customers. Yall only go here if your car can't make it any where else."
