"If I could leave a -0 meaning a negative zero for this store customer service skills. that is what I would give. I’m a disabled man who cant just move around much, so I called this location, this evening and a black lady answered and put me straight on hold, she didn’t even wait for me to reply, I was on hold for over 6 minutes, so I called back, she then answered and immediately hung up. So I called back, and she put me right on hold. She was very disrespectful and dismissive by how she conducted herself and it was very distasteful, and a bad look for this store. I know your wondering how do I know she was black, because I’m black and I know how we talk and there’s just a certain tone we carry when we speak. Again I wouldn’t refer no one to this store and I will for sure me contacting the corporate office first thing in the morning. Again don’t contact this location until they get rid of her."

"David is a lifesaver! He went above and beyond for us when we blew a tire. He put in the spare and made sure that the tire was in good condition for us to be able to drive on. He ensured we were informed of all safety precautions before we drove off. Best customer service, thank you David!"

"Left and went across street to buy a battery for my Honda CR-V. The cashier that "helped" me went to get the last $99 battery but came back and told me it was buried on a pallet (that was out on the floor to be worked). So I asked how long...15 minutes, an hour? He wanted me to buy the $189 one or buy the cheap one there and pick it up at another store (how? My battery was dead!) so he wouldn't have to actually work. His manager told him to get the battery so he went over to the pallet (out on the floor to be worked) and slamming tubs on the floor and acting like a crybaby. Finally I said "Forget it and give me the $200 one!" and he stopped and grabbed that $200 battery faster than anything else he had done. I looked at that dude and said no way was I going to reward his laziness and spend $100 more so he wouldn't have to work. Bought me a new battery across the street at O'Riley's Auto, new headlight bulb, too!"
