"Called this morning asking if I made an online order could I bring it to any store. The guy says I think you have to take it back to the original store where you purchased it, which is fine except I’d rather someone be answering the phones who actually knows. Any why is AAP such a huge chain and I have to take it back to that specific store? What if I bought it in another state and I’m not going back? Just have your people do a little better when it comes to assisting customers."

"They provided excellent customer service and ensured I got what I needed. I had previously went to a different chain store for windshield wipers and stayed for an hour and didn't receive anything. I decided to stop by here after work and I was very pleased. As soon as I got in, I was greeted and helped by a young lady. She found one wiper on sale, but it didn't work. She and another co-worker found the right one and let me know the price ahead of time without pressing me since it was significantly more. The second woman diligently worked on it since it took some effort to remove the original and replace it. I appreciate both of them for making sure I got what I needed."
