"THEY WILL SHORT YOUR WINGS!! Shorted my wings by 3 wings and a large fry. I had ordered a 30 piece family meal with an additional large fry. Called the store spoke with a manager Sabrina got a code to replace order and was told that it would not expire. Called back 2 months later to place order with code, the current manager Esmeralda says “well I can’t find your order and Sabrina don’t work here no more so I don’t know what to tell you” I’m like are you serious right now? No solution? And had a nasty attitude. I had to tell her, ma’am your attitude is uncalled for. This has been an ongoing problem here with them shorting wings. This is an ongoing problem here!! BEWARE!!"
"First time trying wingstop at this location. Usually I buy wings from the wingstop at universal city or Walzem but both locations have been terrible customer service plus foods been terrible at Walzem and universal and when i ask for a refund since they forget to put an item in my bag that comes out missing they did not want to give me a refund. So I thought I’d try this location on fm78 , and what I have to say about the location on fm78 is that the food was still warm when I got home , it tasted fresh, didn’t take long to get my order, and they actually got my order right ! So with that being said , I’ll continue coming here hopefully they don’t disappoint!"
"I ordered online. I got to the store, and still waited about 7-8 minutes for my order to be ready. It didn't sit at all. Somehow, they still managed to give me cold food. It wasn't slightly less warm, it was cold. All of it. This place is always that way. I stopped ordering delivery because the food is ancient by the time it gets to you. I like wingstop, but this one serves cold food EVERY time."
"Be careful eating here..my daughter got sick after eating wings ans ranch tasted spoiled...our wing boxes were also melted together and fries were sier cold...manager was basically like " I don't know what to tell you" definitely about to make the calls I need to"
"Great little spot. Expect about a 20 minute wait from the time you order to the time you receive your food. That's average. This location is very small with few tables. My daughter and I usually get it to go for this reason. About 15 dollars a person to start but can shoot way up with beer. Overall, my daughter and I love their wings. Enjoy."
