"The food is always great, that was I stop here every time I drive in from Houston. Service, however, is extremely slow if you dine in . Staff is always pleasant and helpful, but I noticed that drive-through was moving steadily, while we sat....and sat....and waited. Several families inside had to go ask for status. Could be because the window is timed, and they want to keep numbers looking good, but customers dining inside are just as important."

"So disappointed in this location. The tenders I got were hardly tenders, more like popcorn chicken! Not worth the money . I won’t be eating here any longer ."

"I ordered the 3 piece chicken tender meal with a side of pumpkin pie with whipped cream. I got two full tenders and a half. I also asked for pickle and onions which the pack had one onion. Do better, because this is tragic."

"We ordered 3 poor boys,3 fries,1 soup,2 gravy samples,3 bbq samples,and 5 bags of pickles/onions. They handed us 1 bag with gravy smeared on it,so i asked for napkins to clean it up,since they weren't in the bag.Nor were the gravies,1 of the bbq sauces,3 pickle bags, crackers for the soup, and an order of fries. Why they'd stuff everything into one bag,I don't know, but to hand it to us with gravy on it?Although I did ask for a gravy sample.I just thought that it would be in the bag instead of on it. David, the manager refused to replace the order, offered 1 poor boy w 1 fry,but I personally can't eat their fries w/o gravy. And the poor boys don't come with pickles,which was why we asked for the extras.And yes it does ruin my dinner when those 'little' extras aren't in the order."

"Came for lunch with my granddaughter as she loves their fried chicken and lemon meringue pie. Bill Miller’s has consistently good food at reasonable prices. I think their pies are the best and definitely buy them at holiday time. Yesterday did not disappoint ☺️. She had a fried chicken sandwich and fries and I had the brisket plate. I absolutely love their coleslaw and marinated onions… bonus is they’re both low in calories and delicious."
