"I always order through the app and they can never seem to get it made on time. The app quotes you a time, which is typically 15-20 minutes out but when I arrive they’re working on the in person orders. The Togo tickets are just sitting in the background not being worked on and I have already paid!! I can’t just go somewhere else, so I have to wait 30 minutes for a sandwhich. They are so slow!!!"

"I don’t recommend this location anymore. I think they are independently owned so this will probably fall on deaf ears. The need to learn to do a lot of things here! Went today on the 18th of September at about 5:05pm, one of the workers told us no in room dining which was fine we always take ours to go and look what was in my sandwich!!!"
"Stopped by to pick up lunch on a weekday. There were 6 customers in line with only 2 people struggling to make sandwiches. I wanted something low carb, so I ordered a power bowl with double meat. The guy making my order told me double meat is not offered on power bowls; but when I asked him to double check, he came back and said he was mistaken. They don't have sour cream, so I got ranch dressing instead. The bowl I got was good, but at $15 with tax, I'd rather go elsewhere for lunch."
