"I go to taco bell KFC for the bean burrito but for the first time ever, today who ever is rolling burritos has no clue how to. It fell completely apart and was quite a mess to eat."
"I kept my faith in this particular KFC location even though my family did not anymore. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. Unfortunately, after today that faith has been destroyed. I went in craving some good ol KFC chicken and ordered a 6 piece bucket with sides. Before I ordered I verified they had 6 thigh peices and they confirmed they did. I sat and waited about 15 minutes or so. I eventually asked staff on a update on my order, because I watched 2 other customers that ordered after me leave with there food. Staff advised they were just waiting for it to come out of the oven. I said ok no problem, I just worried some one forgot or lost my order. 1 min later staff walk out and say it’s going to be another 20 minutes. I was flabbergasted, they advised they did not know what happened. Needless to say I asked for a refund and left disappointed. I will never go back to this location"
"I don't know what the deal is with this location, but I have visited twice, and both times I didn't get everything I ordered. If you go through the drive through you better sit there and go do inventory on the entire bag they give you prior to leaving."
"I ordered the 20 fill up box and the pictures speak for themselves! The manager however made it right by remaking my food and giving me a free meal on my next visit! I appreciate her for making it right!and yes, my food was given to me just like this as if it's been picked over!!"
