"First time going (but not the last one). Trying find the "Best tacos in Boerne". I order 4 kinds, Pastor, Tripas, Birria and Asada. Pastor was the best, meat was tender and juicy, good marinated. Tripas was second, just at the edge of the being crispy and tender. Birria was good, but needed a better salsa* maybe a special salsa for them made with the same juice* (?). Asada was good, little tough but needed a more spicy salsa to kick in. Didn't ask for other salsas, don't know if they have but I'll ask next time. Horchata is good too, not so sweet but the right flavor. Tortilla was good but it will give more taste to the tacos using the same fat of the meat you are ordering from. I will recommend this place. Don't know if it's the best yet, but i will come back for sure. Note: they are Monterrey's Style, I'm more from the south of México. Note2: Just trying to do my civil duty as Mexican and let you know where to find good tacos... And yes, you will find them here."
