"Food was adequate. Not great and fresh. Service was good. My thoughts on appearance.. uh thought about not coming here the outside was a complete dump! It’s so so messy. It wasn’t that busy at all 3 cars in drivethru 1 family inside..??? The employees had enough of to go outside to clean up. Trash was everywhere trash cans were full not emptied and stacks of trash by back door not emptied.. then I go inside. More of the same.. bathroom was not cleaned seemed like all day. Toilet paper on floor things looked messy. Disappointed appearances are e v e r y t h I n g in life and everywhere else.."
"I'm never going to Chick Fil A medical center ever again. I almost ate a piece of metal from the Cobb salad. As i was chewing, i noticed something hurt my tooth so i spit out my food and found this. Thank God i didn't swallow it. SMH! Please be more mindful while preparing the salads."
"Went through drive through and ordered a peppermint chip shake without a cherry. Then also asked for a Caramel Crumble shake because there is a sign in the grass there advertising it. Was quickly informed that they didn’t have it because it was seasonal regardless of their advertising. So added an additional Peppermint shake and a sweet tea. It look over 15 minutes to get the order. We definitely enjoyed watching the staff standing around laughing while we waited. FINALLY got our order and they said the delay was because they ran out of cups. Really?! Drinks were in a drink carrier and they were covered in ice cream. The lids didn’t fit and they leaked all over. Of course napkins weren’t included. Whomever owns this franchise needs to know this is how things are run at this location."
