"Horrible place charging for water?????I got 2 fountain drinks and filled up my jug with water. Once i got to register the cashier said i had to pay for WATER, to clarify i opened the jug to show her it was water but was still told i have to pay for it. Told them i will just pour it out and go somewhere else, they said i can have it free rhis time but next time i will have to pay. First off, water is free if you have a cup. I am not sure if the employee was lying or just making things up or not. Second, if a person is in need of water why not give water, especially if you have your own container??? Third is that i have never heard of a charge for water? I know if you get a cup of ice they charge but never heard of a charge for water. Last if the owner is making money off the store you would imagine that the least they could do for the community that buys goods from the store would get WATER. Also the person that helped me was the manager with blonde hair, blows my mind that the managers are adamant about charging for water. In the end i wont ever come back which is a shame because they are close."

"I stepped in to get some coffee and first I went to the restroom. There was no soap and no paper towels. The floor was very dirty. I got my coffee and went to the register to pay for it. The lady cashier was cleaning the grill and looked at me and just ignored me. I was in a hurry but unfortunately I had to wait for her to finish what she was doing and come help me. I wonder why these kind of lazybones are hired for such a sensitive job? I hope they get someone good enough for a customer service. Never coming back here again."

"The quality of help at this location has went down. Cashier wearing ear bugs and once again same cashier as my last incident with her. I understand if you don't hear what a person says you ask to repeat. If your multi tasking with earbugs that's rude to a paying customer.Did you guys lift the no mask inside store, 12:26 am ,there was a guy wearing a blue sweats jacket and no mask plus coughing, she never said him that he needed a mask in store. Is your store in such a relax mode you don't care after midnight or do you need a lawsuite to wake up and view your night crew video of interactions with customers."
