"This place has horrible management. The website is down a lot of times. The website is the only way to get discounts otherwise the drinks are highly overpriced. Unfortunately, they do it on purpose because it always happens when there’s a deal that will bring in more customers than usual. There is also one employee who never brings a tray so he always has my drinks pressed against him and the top of my drink always rubs on his shirt. On top of that on several occasions it takes more than 15 minutes to bring out my order which usually only consists of drinks. The only good thing is that the food is always cooked correctly."
"This location was fast. I can't recall any other fast-food restaurants being fast in getting your order out in a very timely manner. Order through the Carhop section order taker was on point. Great service there. Food was made fresh. Everything we ordered was on point. Carhop person not so much. She looked like she didn't want to be there."
"My rating is against the company itself and not this place. I haven’t been to Sonic in a long time. I only went because I recently was given a gift card. The quality of the food is not great. I got the slinger and was excited to try it, however, there’s nothing about the sandwich that stands out from the rest of the competition. It’s alright, but it could be way better. Also I think it would be better for Sonic to start adding some healthier menu items, like salads grilled chicken options. Also they should have some dairy-free options. Many places are offering healthier alternatives, but I think sonic as a company is stuck in the past, with kinda the same concept. I did enjoy my lemonade slush."
