"Very disappointed. Asked for more sauce and employee was scared to give us more . My gf had to ask for a wipe to clean the table . And when given are food they only gave us 2 napkins then when we asked for more they said they couldn’t ."

"This is my absolute favorite Chick-Fil-A. My orders are always correct and the workers are kind and happy. I went on a rainy day and the operations manager, Don Spice, was walking customers to their cars with an umbrella. I have never seen such an act of kindess from a fast food restaurant, let alone any food establishment in San Antonio. Great job!"

"I just want to say.. this is THE BEST ChicK-Fil-A ever!! The staff goes above and beyond to really take care of their customers. Did ya'll know they do birthday parties there?! I just want to give Paola a HUGE shout out to making my daughter's 2nd bday a success! From beginning to end, she was very communicative about what I wanted in terms of decorations, meals (I ordered in bulk, like catering style), and just having fun! I brought my own decorations and they decorated for me! (It was Chick-Fil-A theme :P) That's customer service right there. We had around 40-45 guests and she didn't even flinch. As all the guests arrive, she took our drink orders and was very attentive. She is super patient because having 25 kids running around is not easy! I can barely handle one at home. The food was nice and warm and all of the guests were happy. This lady deserves a raise! She was so awesome. Also, shout out to the COW! The kids had a blast when the cow showed up, (although some kids were scared haha). But the cow was gentle and was friendly with everyone. The staff even came out to sing to my daughter happy birthday. 5 STARS all the way! Thank you to the staff who went above and beyond in hosting my daughter's bday party here."
