"The food was good, as always, but they may have been shorthanded today. The young man taking our order is on the spectrum and did a great job! He brought us our order and a plate accidentally fell off the tray. He apologized and went back to get us a replacement order. As parents of a young man on the spectrum, it brought us joy seeing this young man working and being independent. We didn't get upset with him and helped him tidy up a bit. He was very responsible and told us not to worry about the mess, he would clean it. I hope everyone else is as kind to him as we were. As for the restaurant itself, it was clean but there was no ice, straws needed a refill but that was it. We will return not only for the food but to see that nice young man again."

"This store NEVER gives proper condiments for your order. Been multiple times and I just don't get it, they act like it's coming out of their paychecks. I order an 8 piece family meal with cocktail sauce and I got 2 sauces. Can't make sense of it because it's either that or none. Ridiculous."

"This location was dirty and unkept. The food was good & what you expect from a LJS. The service was ok, no smile, no greet. The gentleman in the back was working hard and singing away, which was awesome! I recommend for your LJS fix, but choose another location of possible for a better experience."

"So one thing I always noticed when going through the drive thru is they tell me to pull around and they’ll bring my food out. Typically idc because I understand they don’t want to show hold times on their metrics for the corporate when making us wait “x” amount of minutes . But as customers it’s annoying. Fast food is suppose to be fast food. Well, especially this visit at 430 pm. Just to order. It took them to respond at the menu after 8 minutes with just two cars ahead of me. Then proceeded to say, wait time will be longer then normal after I paid. So I had no choice I suppose. So pull around to the front. And this guy that works there thought since, quoting the lady statement time, “they’re so backed up” on all the others waiting for their food to just chat about the persons car for about 7 minutes laughing and giggling away. When he finally goes back. I had already been waiting for about 24 minutes. Fast forward another 6 minutes with no one inside keeping it busy. I finally walked in. And asked the same guy, “do you perhaps know how much longer my a6 will be? “. His reply, “ no idea “ rolling his eyes and as if I was bugging him doing his job. and the whole time he had his phone in his hand and even when at the drive thru when he was takin payment for another customer while I was in there. When he finally gave me my bag, he didn’t say one word other then his facial remarks was a clear indicator I was bugging him. Honestly, I’m going to start going to the other location clear across the town. Never again will I go here. If you can look up the camera corporate , you will see there was another 7-8 cars waiting. With it not being busy at all. The only person I saw working hard was a elderly lady going back n forth. All while this (assuming 17-20 year old boy just taking his casual time. With mostly just looking at his phone"
