"Food was not what we ordered, (lean) as in the right cut. Food Temps we good, green beans were ok as well as potato salad. Mac and chz was 7.99 and it could be revamped, looked good but was watered down noodles and overcooked big bummer as hubby loves Mac & chz. On the bright side Pecan cobbler was really good! Will possibly try them again for another shot."
"It's not horrible but it's not great. Ordered two plates w/ two sides, they put both orders on one plate. When I told them that these were going to two separate places they gave me an extra plate and told me I could separate it myself. Sweet potato is good. Chicken is ok. Brisket tastes like it was cooked in an oven, no bbq or smoke flavor & no smoke ring. Gray looking meat :/"
"After hearing about Texas BBQ for so many years, I finally got the chance to have an authentic experience while visiting San Antonio. I am so glad that I chose “Big Bib” for my indoctrination. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed generous portions of perfectly seasoned and cooked wood-smoked brisket, fried catfish, greens, macaroni and cheese, sweet potato casserole, potato casserole, and green beans. The food was second only to the lovely sisters (and staff) who prepared it. Nothing better than great food in a clean, friendly, and welcoming environment—felt like home. I hope they seriously consider my request to open a restaurant in Phoenix :) The Big Bib BBQ is the best! Thank you, ladies!"
