"Everything was fine until I arrived home and the other half of my order was not in the bag. I ordered a children's orange chicken and rice meal. Only received the rice. Drove all the way back only to have an attitude by "santee". As I told him my order was incomplete. He cut me off, went to get the order and replace it. #1 I don't appreciate being cut off mid-sentence. And #2 for me having to drive all the way back from my house to the location, I deserve to at least had an upgrade in my meal to a bowl. So tired of inconsiderate and unprofessional customer service."

"I had a good experience at this location. Was asked to hold when I first approached the order box(drive thru), waited a few minutes which I understand they were probably busy. The food was hot and seemed fresh. They got a satisfied customer right here!"

"Sadly I have to say that I am very disappointed with Panda Express at this location near (151 and 410). The rice is hard. It feels barely cooked the noodles lack flavour and hardly any vegetables in it. Whoever is the cook is really messing up the food! I've never had this problem at this location. Please fix this issue otherwise you are about to loose many of your faithful customers. One star for me this time which is beyond dislike. And I will not recommend this Panda Express to family and friends. Managers, please try the food before you serve it to your customers that small detail will go long ways!!"

"Not sure what the fuss is in the other reviews, but I can't say there was a problem at this Panda location. The food was as satisfying and well cooked as at any other location. The only gripe here is that the parking lot and drive aisle get clogged very easily. That could make it hard for you to maneuver so he prepared if exiting/entering from the back."
