"I ordered the honey chicken. The batter on the chicken was very soggy, mushy, and I could not eat it. I don’t think it was fried long enough at all. The menu says “crispy” honey chicken. $30 down the drain."

"3rd time we have ordered over a 2 year period and all 3 were bad experiences. This time beef and chicken were like leather and 3 pieces of broccoli with the beef/broccoli. Similar over cooking the previous 2 times as well. Dead beat employees getting away with not doing their job due to it being a pickup only location therefore you don't know it's bad until you get home. Also getting away with it by having friends/colleagues post fake good reviews for the cook as you can see here. Very obviously fake reviews."

"I generally have awesome food from those location. My order had issues on 1.29.24. Lettuce wraps were served with browning Lettuce and the chicken smelled Sourish. At $77 for a complete meal, I did expect to be 100% satisfied."

"VERY INCONSISTENT Seems like week old dry hard chicken / beef at times. They will mess up orders, I have now learned to always check my food before driving off. NOT CONSISTENT quality nor taste and it’s unacceptable for the price."

"Decided to stop by this location today. I have visit multiple times in the past. Oh boy will I never return. My spouse an I always place an online order. Upon entering the restaurant I was greeted by the rudest person claiming to be the manager ROD?.. I told him I had a pick up order he proceeded to tell me since I was new to the area there are ways to pick up an order. I told him I was new before I finished my sentence. The man started yelling an screaming. He was having a mental break down right before my eyes I keep repeating to him to calm down. This when he said he was the manger an can talk to his customers they way he wants. During his tantrum he asked me where do I work because I’m about to be fired. That was random for him to ask that. He Continue yelling and shouting. I haven’t isn’t said three words to this man. He walked on my yelling pushing me to the door. Run at that store. I should have filled a police report as their where witnesses at nearby stores coming to me checking on me. This restaurant chain needs to evaluate before promoting people into their management program for mental health. I have never experienced this anywhere nor seen this on any level. Shame on him complete embarrassment to this company!"
