"I brought my family of 4 to eat at this establishment; when I ordered an item to go for another family member, I got it on a platter … I kindly asked the guy bring basket out , sir this order was to go he understood because he just brought out 4 orders to us… when he asked a young lady from the back who had a super bad attitude and was cussing! I asked the guy who got it ready to go if there was a problem? At that point a manger spoke up and said is everything ok ? I said I am asking the same question ma’am… apparently the young lady in back is upset because I asked for the order the first time to go they messed up I was kind enough to speak like a normal person … but when met with ghetto well I can speak up in an intelligent way not cussing; and let my point be known! At that the manger said she would speak to her people… she would not have to do that if they were trained right in the first place … and allowing that behavior to customers paying there wages … unacceptable …. And I let her know I am a paying customer I don’t deserve to be treated in that manner that is unacceptable!!! Bottom line this location puts a bad taste … and thanks but no thanks I can spend my money other places thank you … if your not happy with your job , maybe engaging with the public is not for you …"

"DQ was clean, staff was friendly and professional. My order was perfect. I’m so impressed. This is the best DQ franchise in the San Antonio area. We definitely will come visit more, although it’s about 25+ minutes away, it’s worth the drive!!"

"I hardly ever give review, both me and my wife burger was horrible, the bread seemed old and dry like eating card board. I had other burgers from there and it usually no problems, that day it was bad. I threw it away."

"Placed an order for tacos and they hardly put any meat in them. And then to top things off the manager was rude. He says they have a special spoon for tacos and from what was in the shells it looks like a baby spoon! They only way you can get it replaced is to bring it all back. The receipt don’t matter and pic won’t work. So I will definitely think twice before I got back to this location!"
