"Some what disappointing. They showed up on time to see the scope of the project but the salesman did not show up. No insight on what products would work in my space, no suggestions for best set up or guidance on the project scope. I’m still trying figure out what the $165 got me. After all that the bid didn’t even reflect the things we did talk about. They would be a hard pass for me, could not recommend them unless you want to throw away $165."
"I want to thank Justin, Lance, Travis and Larry for a great experience thru the purchase and installation of 85 inch Sony Television, Sonos arc sound bar with Apple TV. Customer service was exceptional. Justin Curran was the installer that made you feel comfortable and relaxed as they hung the 120 pound plus television on the wall. Very professional and knowledgeable. Definitely would recommend Starpower Southlake to all my friends and family."
