"If you are here, you have been seriously contemplating a Home Theater for a while now. I was like you, hesitant and a little overwhelmed because it is such a large personal investment and I wanted to be sure I was making the right choice when committing to someone else to put together a package as well as build my project. Well, you’ve found the right place. If I could, I’d give Theater Advice 6,7,8… you get it, definitely 5 stars. From the very beginning, Dana walked me through the showroom, got to know what I wanted and, in a couple days, sent me a package that exceeded my expectations. On top of that, I found great value in his knowledge and never felt “sold”. Then Bryan reached out to schedule my install. I made sure he knew that if he had anything sooner, or had a spot that needed to be filled, I’d make the arrangements to be available. He stayed involved with my project personally and I was able to get moved up easily, guess they could tell I was excited. The best part was the install, Jeremy and Joel came in ready to go. Of course, I was asking 20 questions.. and they were both attentive and assured me I’d be happy in the end. At some point someone said custom builds are fun, may not go perfect, but it’s the finished product that counts. Well, mine was perfect and it’s a testament to the entire team at Theater Advice. The owner, David, even called me to ask how things were going and just wanted to check in (while he was on vacation with his wife no less!!). David, Bryan, Dana, Jeremy, and Joel, I sincerely thank you. My family and I are thrilled and will undoubtedly spend countless hours enjoying what you brought to reality."

"I did my entire home theater with Theater Advice in Frisco. From start to finish; my experience was so awesome. David & Bryan came home measured everything and advised me with various options based on quality and price and gave us all the required information that lead us decide what we exactly want. Never once pushed us to sell what they had or what they wanted. They completely understood my taste and recommend the best options. Not all products and brands were easy to procure me with the procurement and logistics challenges they kept us in the loop and got everything in order. The installation was a breeze and when we finished and watched our frost movie the whole crew sat and watched it for a while. That’s what I call it top-class customer service. Then we decided to build my stereo system and we had even better experience. When my McIntosh amp was delayed in production, David & Bryan gave me their store display set till mine came. "What a great experience with Theater Advice. Amy came out to the house to determine which in-ceiling speakers we needed to have background music in the family room and kitchen. In addition, she recommended a blue sound power node so we could stream music. The installer (Austin) was great to work with. Knows his stuff and pleasant to be around. Bryan (operations), great communications and follow up. The entire team was very coordinated to get the job done. Highly recommend Theater Advice!!"

"Today its tough to find customer service, honestly and patience from companies you choose to work it. Ive gone into businesses and the sales people weren’t knowledgeable about the products they sell, nor did they care to be knowledgeable.
