"Waited over 25 mins in curbside. Called in to inquire why it wasn’t brought out yet, they said they were busy and I was going to have to wait longer. Came inside to get my food which was extremely cold and the vast majority of the personnel was in the back, chatting and laughing (btw, very few customers in the restaurant - not busy at all)."

"When I was looking for wings online, I scrolled past Chilis as an option. I hadn't heard of It's Just Wings and did not realize it was inside Chilis. Service was fast. The wings were lackluster. My wife and I each ordered 11 boneless wings (not sure why they went with 11 instead of 8 or 12). My wife definitely didn't like hers (teriyaki). Mine (honey sriracha) were a little better, but still not good. Probably better off skipping this as an option."
