"Bill Miller never changes. Every store the same menu and taste. If you like Texas fast food BBQ then Bill Miller is awesome."

"Not bad, considering! I had stopped eating at Bill Millers approximately eight years ago because of their sucky portions of meat served inside their poorboy sandwiches, and their meatless fried chicken. At this visit, I hadn't any choice but to eat at Bill Millers, though, I thought I was going to be disappointed, I was surprisingly pleased with the amount of meat they served inside the sandwich this time. Was it a fluke? Or did corporate change their policy? I wonder."

"I went inside to get food to go. I ordered a family 10 piece of tenders with fries, bread and gravy. Service was great and the food was fantastic. The only disappointment was that they gave us such a little amount of gravy. There was only enough gravy for 2 people. I was very happy with the chicken because I like their chicken tenders way better than Bush's chicken (which has been my husband's favorite), but I think I have converted him. Luckily, I can make homemade gravy from scratch."

"Went to drive through and ordered two #4’s and a slice of pumpkin pie with cool whip. The car in front of me was given my order, returned it and then it was regiven to me. Gross. The pie looks terrible and the whip cream was melted. The #4 was opened and exposed from the driver in front of me. Threw it all in the trash. A waste of my time and $22.14. I expect my food to not be touched or put in another person’s car. I was going to ask why they did this but my husband was in the car and didn’t want to be embarrassed. *UPDATE: Thank you Art for your professionalism. Thanks for making it right. Updated star rating from a 1 to a 4."

"Typically good & respectful of requests when ordering LEAN brisket. Likely a new person working or someone just in the mood to be a jerk. I ordered 1/2 a pound & it was way more fat than I have ever received. Even big chunks of it. I took out my food scale & wow. 2 ounces of fat, gross. (Scale tare used) I know everything is bigger in Texas but I'd prefer it not be my waist. That much fat is unhealthy for anyone."
