"This place just broke my heart. I hate giving less than five stars on anything but I worry they wouldn't pay attention to the review otherwise. I've been a loyal customer for over fourteen years, ordering from my home of Tupelo Lane for the last eleven of those years. They always knew my address from my phone number or my roommate's and were the absolute simplest delivery option I've ever had. I've always loved the food and have seriously ordered almost everything from their menu at one time or another. Their peanut butter chicken was always a favorite, and lately I've really loved their chicken mei fun. Just called in an order and they said I'm out of their range all the sudden. Maybe it's that dang Uber eats deal I don't know, but hate having to find a new place that always knew me so well. I don't think I ever tipped below 25%, often more when it was the same driver I recognized. I hate Uber and it's a shame they're taking over these small businesses. Our money should go to these wonderful people, their drivers, and the business that they built, not a company with headquarters in another state entirely. Please eat here, (dine in or pick up) and support this family though, as I am no longer able to."

"This is my go to Chinese place. It is always so tasty. The portions on the dinner plates are huge and delivery is always fast. I love that they have my apartment number notated whenever I call for delivery. The twice cooked pork is soooooooo good. I wish I could give this place more than 5 stars. I’m going to sad when my lease is up and they’ll no longer be able to deliver to me. UPDATE: My lease is now up and I’ve moved away. I’m so sad, i won’t be able to get food delivered from here anymore."

"They don't deliver anymore. Unless you order online :(I didnt try that). I really don't want to use Uber Eats. Too pricey. I'd rather tip the driver, and I always tip well.LOVE the food. I just won't get it as often now."

"So I ordered delivery and told them there was hair in my food they said bring the food up there so they can have it ..for what!!! u go reserve it !! I ordered delivery and I asked what can we do.I didn’t ask for a refund maybe correct it just my order…then I said I can send pictures but if I paid with a card and u want to refund so bad fine but he still said he wants the food back …and won’t correct or give me a refund if I can’t bring the food I work from home that’s why I ordered delivery like come on"
